Integration

WorkSpaces Manager requires integration with AWS APIs, services, and an existing Active Directory. Additionally, it can connect to various systems to extend its functionality:

  • SMTP Relay: Used to send emails (but not to receive them).

  • WSUS (Windows Services Update Server): Preinstalled by default but not enabled, used for patching Windows workloads.

Once the baseline application is installed, the system can present data to services such as Sumologic, ServiceNow, Cloudpaging, SCCM etc helping automate daily administration tasks and providing a unified view of the WorkSpaces environment.

Through REST APIs, WorkSpaces Manager can also integrate with almost any service, enabling custom development for broader capabilities
