WorkSpaces Manager requires integration with AWS APIs and Services and an existing Active Directory. However, it has the possibility to connect to some different systems that will provide different capabilities:

SMTP Relay: to send emails (not to receive)
WSUS (Windows Services Update Server): which it is preinstalled by default but not enabled, to patch Windows workloads

Once the baseline application has been installed, we are also able to present this data to services such as Sumologic, Service Now, Cloudpaging, SCCM to automate the day to day administration of the platform and provide a single pane of glass view of the WorkSpaces estate.

Through RestAPIs, we can technically connect to almost any service with custom development.
